    The building is easily accessible from I-25 or C-470, close to Park Meadows Mall and is located on County Line Road.

    I serve Arapahoe and Douglas county along with the areas of Highlands Ranch, Centennial, Castle Rock, Lone Tree, DTC and the greater Denver Metro area. Online counseling can be done throughout the state of Colorado.

  • The simple answer is that it is up to you. You are always in control. Most people find it helpful when starting therapy to come on a weekly basis. This isn’t set in stone but does allow us to form a connection more quickly and lay the foundation for our work. Once you start to feel consistent relief we can talk about moving our sessions further out. Some clients like to continue therapy after they are feeling better in order to continue to give themselves the space to work on maintaining their change, while others do this on their own.

  • Both the intake (initial session) and all following sessions are billed at $150 per 50 minute therapeutic hour.

    In order to comply with the No Surprise Billing Act and Good Faith Estimate laws, you are entitled to request a verbal and/or written estimate of costs based upon current knowledge of what treatment might look like. This would be the best advised estimate, but of course estimates may change depending upon the course of therapy and the changing needs for treatment.

  • I am an out of network provider for all insurance panels, which means that I do not bill insurance. I feel strongly that this benefits my clients.

    Insurance companies differ in regard to how much they will reimburse you for therapy sessions with out-of-network providers. I am happy to give you the paperwork you will need, also known as a superbill, to provide to your insurance company on your own behalf for potential partial or full reimbursement. If you have any questions about this process you can call the number for member services on the back of your insurance card or we can discuss it further.

  • You may pay by cash, credit or debit card, Health Savings Account or Flex Spending Account. I accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.

    At our first session I ask for a credit card to be placed on file and then I keep that in my secure payment system. If you choose, I can charge that card at the end of each session. However you choose to pay, payment is due at the time of service.

  • I ask that if you have to cancel you let me know at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment. All no shows and late cancels will be charged $90 as that time is dedicated to you. I do ask that you arrive at your appointment on time as after 15 minutes you will be charged a no show fee.
